，金融监管总局在广泛征求意见基础上，制定发布了《国家金融监督管理总局关于部分规范性文件废止和宣布失效的通知》（以下简称《通知》）。　　《通知》共废止44件规范性文件，宣布10件规范性文件失效。《通知》的出台有利于进一步提升监管制度的时效性，推动金融监管政策与行业发展需求相协调。　　下一步，金融监管总局将持续关注监管制度体系的协调统一，按程序做好规范性文件清理工作。责任编辑：王馨茹
